Bryan Lancon, MBA

President & CEO. 35+ years in NDT and Quality. Professional Level III, NAS-410 Level 3, AWS CWI

As a business owner, Mr. Lancon has been involved in many facets of management and business operations. He has been involved in the field of NDT and quality for over 30 years. His background includes over 25 years as a practicing NDT technician with experience in aviation, manufacturing, petro-chemical and fabrication.


Mr. Lancon holds American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) certification as a Professional Level III, and is certified as an ASNT Level III in radiography, ultrasonics, eddy-current, magnetic particle, penetrant and visual testing. In addition to the ASNT certification Mr. Lancon holds certification as an American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and a Certified Radiographic Interpreter (CRI).


Mr. Lancon is a FAA licensed commercial pilot with over 2,000 hours in various general aviation aircraft and also holds an FAA A&P (airframe and power-plant mechanic) certificate. Bryan has a BSc in Applied Science and Technology, and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. and is a graduate of Louisiana Technical College in NDT Technology. He has been responsible for the overall organizational structure of various corporations including company policy, development and business strategy.
